Statuses are a way to give more context to your tasks. They show up on the project board on the task card and on the top of the task window.
To add a status to a task click on the task to open the task window. Then click on the "Status" button on the task window side menu.
By default there are 4 statuses to choose from:
You can also use keyboard shortcuts to quickly assign statuses. Here's a list of all keyboard shortcuts.
Administrators can add new statuses and renamed the old ones from statuses management page.
Administrators can add new status and change the existing ones from statuses management page.
To open the statuses management page:
You can add new statuses, rename, change colors and limit visibility to projects.
If you change a status name, color, or remove it then all the tasks with that status are also updated accordingly.
