Breeze is the backbone of project management for many successful companies

Manage projects

Drag tasks across the board: Press and hold a card, drag it to the list it belongs in and let go. Swimlanes show as they do on the web.
Create projects: Give a project a name, pick the people, invite new ones by email and start from one of your templates if you like.
Choose your layout: Switch any project between the board and the list layout, and search a board as you type.
Pin what matters: Pinned projects stay at the top of the Projects tab, next to your workspaces.

Manage tasks

Every detail of a task: Status, colour, tags, people, start and due dates, estimates and custom fields, all editable from the phone.
Track time: Start and stop a timer on a task, log time afterwards and compare it with the estimate.
Manage to-dos: Tick items off, add new ones and give each a person and a due date.
Write descriptions: The description keeps its headings, lists, links and images, with the same editor as the web.
Attach files: Add photos from your library, files from your phone or a picture straight from the camera.

Track deadlines

Everything due in one list: The Tasks tab groups your work by due date, from overdue to later, with to-dos assigned to you in the same list.
Monthly calendar: See which days have work due at a glance, and the tasks and project dates of the day you pick.
Group and filter: Group your tasks by due date, project or status, filter by people, tags and statuses, and open your saved bookmarks.

Work with your team

Comments and mentions: Discuss the work on the task itself, mention a teammate with @, reply and react.
Inbox and notifications: Get a push notification when someone mentions you or gives you a task, and find all of it in your Inbox.
Live updates: When a teammate moves a card or adds a comment, the screen you are looking at changes on its own.
Works on a weak signal: What you have opened stays readable offline, and ticked to-dos, timers and comments are sent when you are back online.

Frequently asked questions

Is the Breeze app for iPhone free?

The app costs nothing to download. You use it with your Breeze account, which starts with a 14-day free trial. After that Breeze is $9 per user per month billed yearly, or $10 billed monthly, and the app is included. See Breeze pricing.

Can I see my tasks and projects on the desktop version?

Yes. The app works with your Breeze account, so everything you change on your iPhone shows up on the web, and the other way round.

Can I create new projects in the app?

Yes. Tap + on the Projects tab, give the project a name and pick the people. You can invite new people by email and start from a project template.

Can I track time on tasks with the app?

Yes. Open a task and tap Start timer, or Log work to add time after the fact. The task shows the time tracked against the estimate.

Does the app work on iPad?

Yes. On an iPad the app moves navigation into a sidebar, shows several lists of a board at once and gives the calendar the whole month with task names in the days. It works in portrait and landscape.

Does the app work without an internet connection?

Partly. Anything you have opened stays readable offline. You can tick to-dos, start and stop timers and write comments offline too, and the app sends them when you are back online. Other changes need a connection.

What changed from the old app?

The old app was the Breeze mobile website inside an app frame. The new one is a native app, with drag and drop on boards, live updates, offline reading and a proper tablet layout. Read what is new in the Breeze apps.

How do I sign in?

Sign in with Apple, Google or your email address. After updating from the old app you need to sign in once more. It needs iOS 26 or later.
