iPhone and iPad app

Breeze for iPhone and iPad is a native app. Your tasks are grouped by due date, project boards let you drag cards from list to list, and every detail of a task is there, from to-dos and time tracking to files and comments.

On an iPad it uses the extra room: a sidebar, several lists of a board side by side and the whole month on the calendar. Sign in with Apple, Google or your email address.

Android app

Breeze for Android is the same native app for Android phones and tablets. You get push notifications for mentions and assignments, screens that update when a teammate changes something, and everything you have opened stays readable on a weak signal.

On a tablet held sideways, a navigation rail replaces the bottom bar and boards spread across the width. Sign in with Google or your email address.

Mobile web

The mobile web app at m.breeze.pm runs in any phone browser, with nothing to install. It covers your projects, tasks, comments, to-dos, time tracking and the calendar, and stays in sync with the desktop version.

Are the Breeze mobile apps free?

The apps cost nothing to download and the mobile web app costs nothing extra. You use them with your Breeze account, which starts with a 14-day free trial. After that Breeze is $9 per user per month billed yearly, or $10 billed monthly. See Breeze pricing.

What is the difference between the apps and the mobile web app?

The iPhone, iPad and Android apps are native apps: they add drag and drop on boards, push notifications, live updates, offline reading and tablet layouts. The mobile web app at m.breeze.pm runs in the browser and needs no install. Read what is new in the Breeze apps.

Can I access my tasks and projects on the desktop version?

Yes. The apps and the mobile web app work with your Breeze account, so everything stays in sync with the desktop version.

Can I start new projects on my phone?

Yes. Tap + on the Projects tab, give the project a name and pick the people. You can invite new people by email and start from a project template.

Can I track time for tasks on my phone?

Yes. Open a task and tap Start timer, or Log work to add time after the fact. The task shows the time tracked against the estimate.

Do the apps work without an internet connection?

Partly. Anything you have opened stays readable offline. You can tick to-dos, start and stop timers and write comments offline too, and the app sends them when you are back online.
