New features in Breeze: recurring tasks, user management, and more

Recurring tasks calendar

Breeze has many automation features and one of the more frequently used ones is recurring tasks feature. This feature lets you automatically create tasks based on your need and schedule.

To make it easier to manage recurring tasks we added a new option to show the recurring tasks in your project calendars and on the home dashboard.

The recurring tasks are shown by default but you can disable them under the calendar settings.

You can use recurring tasks to ease your workload by creating reminders, scheduling reports, setting up meetings, and more. If you need any help setting up recurring tasks then you can find more information on the help page.

User management

We updated the user management and made it possible for admins to change the user names, email address, and upload profile images. The user profile page layout was also updated and you can find the actions on the top right corner.

On the action menu you can find buttons for the user invitation link, resending the invitation email, and removing the user from your team.

Comment links

Have you ever needed to point to a single comment in a task? Now you can share a direct link to a comment. Opening the link takes you directly to the task and to the comment.

You can find the comment link under the comment action menu.
