Users can now run reports directly in Breeze and export them to Xero as draft invoices. This new functionality makes it easy for teams to turn project work and time tracking into invoices without extra steps.

Here is how the export works:

1. Run a report in Breeze that includes your project data or time entries.
2. Select Export to Xero from the dropdown menu.
3. Authenticate to Xero if prompted.
4. Breeze sends the report directly to Xero as a draft invoice.

This makes it simple to turn project work and tracked time into draft invoices without manual copying or switching between tools.

The new project menu makes switching between projects faster and easier. There’s now a button on the top left of the screen, right next to the Breeze logo. Click it to open a dropdown showing all your projects.

You can jump directly to any project from this list without returning to the dashboard. It’s designed for teams managing multiple projects, making it simple to move between workspaces with one click.

This small change replaces the old list and keeps navigation smooth and focused — no extra steps, just quicker access to the work that matters.

3. Design update

Breeze has a fresh coat of paint. This is not a complete redesign. It is a set of small improvements that add up to a calmer workspace.
