New features in Breeze: home tab, calendar tasks
Are you tired of constantly juggling multiple tasks and struggling to stay organized? Well, I have some exciting news for you. Breeze has just released some fantastic new features that will improve your productivity. With updates to the home tab and calendar, managing your projects has never been easier. Say goodbye to the headache of searching for important information and hello to a streamlined workflow. In this blog post, I'll walk you through these updates and show you how to make the most of them. Let's dive in!
Home tab
Start your day with a clear view of the tasks ahead. The home tab brings together all your daily work in one place. You can easily see what's on tap for today, tomorrow and beyond.
We made some updates to the home tab and now you can see lists of recently opened tasks. These are the tasks that you have recently opened or viewed. You'll notice that is the same layout as the project list view. You can open the tasks directly from here and also use the quick action and shortcut menu.
We also added a new notes section to the home tab. This is your personal notepad that you can use to store important information and links. It works just like project notes but can only be viewed by you. The private notes are a good place to store information that doesn't fit any project but is still relevant to your work. You can also use it as a personal to-do list.
Calendar tasks
The calendar page is your hub for daily tasks. It provides a clear view of what's on tap for today, tomorrow and beyond with a calendar-based layout.
You can add new task directly to the calendar without needing to open a project. We updated the task creation window and made it easier to use, simpler, and cleaner. Now you can also choose the project list and swimlane when creating new tasks.
We recently update the calendar to show recurring tasks and based on your feedback we made another small update.
Now you have the option to show the task color instead of the project color in the calendar. By default it works just like before and you'll see the project color. If you enable the option to show the task color then you'll see the task color only when the task has color. Otherwise you'll still see the project color.
And there you have it - the latest and greatest updates to the Breeze project management software. The improvements made to the home tab and calendar will make your life easier, and more productive than ever before. By taking advantage of these new features, you can streamline your workflow, stay organized, and focus on what really matters - achieving your goals.
