Do you need to quickly change something in your tasks, add a tag, mark it as done or archive it ? Now you can all that and even more with just one press of a key.
We added keyboard shortcuts to Breeze that make managing your tasks a breeze. They let you do everything on a task, from archiving and moving, to assigning to people and tags, with a press of a key. Press “?” at any time to see all the available shortcuts.
When you press a key a little popup shows up and you can change the values without opening the task.
Task shortcuts
Hover with your mouse over the task and press one of the following keys
e edit task name
w edit task description
c color task
t add and remove tags
a assign and unassign to people
d set start and due dates
q mark as done or undone
s start or stop time tracking timer
n create a new task in list where mouse is placed and open task window
g move task to another project
r log work to task
shift + r estimate task
x archive task
shift + alt + x delete task
space assign or unassign task to self
shift + z copy task and add to the end of list
